Tình tự dưới hoa
ĐINH HÙNG
(1920-1967)
Chưa gặp em, tôi vẫn nghĩ rằng:
Có nàng thiếu nữ đẹp như trăng
Mắt xanh lả bóng dừa hoang dại
Thăm thẳm nhìn tôi không nói năng
Bài thơ hạnh ngộ đã trao tay
Ôi mộng nào hơn giấc mộng này?
Mùi phấn em thơm mùi hạ cũ
Nửa như hoài vọng, nửa như say
Em đến như mây, chẳng đợi kỳ
Hương ngàn gió núi động hàng mi
Tâm tư khép mở đôi tà áo
Hò hẹn lâu rồi - Em nói đi
Em muốn đôi ta mộng chốn nào?
Ước nguyền đã có gác trăng sao
Truyện tâm tình: dưới hoa thiên lý
Còn lối bâng khuâng: ngõ trúc đào
Em chẳng tìm đâu cũng sẵn thơ
Nắng trong hoa với gió bên hồ
Dành riêng em đấy, khi tình tự
Ta sẽ đi về những cảnh xưa
Rồi buổi ưu sầu, em với tôi
Nhìn nhau cũng đủ lãng quên đời
Vai kề một mái thơ phong nguyệt
Hạnh phúc xa xa mỉm miệng cười

Flirtation under flowers
English version by NGUYỄN HỮU LÝ
Not to have met you yet, I always think to myself that:
There is a girl in her early teens, who as pretty as the moon
Her blue eyes look like coconut-palms drooping their wild shade
She shares at me deep and doesn't say a world
A happy meeting poem has already been handed in person
Oh, what is the dream better than this one!
Your face powder scents the former summer sweet-smelling odor
Half as the sense of longing, half as passionately in love
You come as appearing clouds, without awaiting the term period
In most feelings close and open the pair of your dress flaps
Pledges were given long ago - Voice your determination
What place do you want our existence would have dreams together?
Our vows have already set on moon and stars
Taking into the story confidence: under pergularia flowers
As for the dazed way: at the oleander alley
You don't find out any place where available poem is!
The sunshine flares out flowers with the wind beside the lake
particularly reserved for you there, in those flirtations times
We'll return to former sceneries
Then, in a sorrowful meeting, you and I
We'll look at each other that would be enough to sink into oblivion the human existence
We'll stand shoulder to shoulder with poetic delights of nature
Happiness in the farther distance will give us a faint smile
